Nicholson Street Alley, between 15th Avenue and Nicholson Street

  • Will be closed, Monday, October 27th from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for paving. 
  • Emergency vehicles will NOT have access. 

 

Simon Fraser Ave., between Gladstone Dr. and Essex Cres.

  • Will experience traffic disruptions Monday, October 27th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for storm main flushing
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access

 

Lyon Street Alley, between 15th Avenue and 18th Avenue. 

  • Will be closed, Monday, October 27th from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for paving. 
  • Emergency vehicles will NOT have access. 

 

Ferry Avenue, between Yellowhead Highway and Spruce Street

  • Will experience minor traffic disruption, Monday, October 27th to Friday, November 7th from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for sidewalk rehabilitation. 
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access. 

     

Upland Street, between Ferry Avenue and Wilson Crescent 

  • Will experience minor traffic disruption, Monday, October 27th to Friday, November 7th from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for sidewalk rehabilitation. 
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access. 

 

Penn Road between Rock Island Road and Willowcale Road 

  • Will be closed, 24 hours, from Monday, October 27th to Friday, November 6th for BC Hydro & Canada Post upgrades that require trenching. 
  • Detours will be in place. Local public access only via detours. 
  • Emergency vehicles will NOT have access. 

     

5th Ave., between Carney St. and Watrous St.

  • Will be closed southbound Monday, October 27th until Monday, November 24th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for replacement of sidewalk
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access

 

Malaspina Avenue between Domano Boulevard and Loyola Crescent 

  • The southbound lane will be closed, Monday, October 6th to Monday, October 27th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for the removal and replacement of the sidewalk. 
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access. 

     

8th Ave., between Vancouver St. and Winnipeg St.

  • Will be closed Tuesday, October 28th from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm for a water service repair
  • Emergency vehicles will NOT have access

 

Guest Cres., between Izowsky Pl. and Jackson Cres.

  • Will be closed Tuesday, October 28th from 7:30 am to 5:00 om for a water service repair
  • Emergency vehicles will NOT have access

 

Moriarty Cres. and Moriarty Pl., between Lyndridge Pl. and end of Moriarty Pl.

  • Will experience traffic disruptions Tuesday, October 28th until Wednesday, October 29th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for storm main flushing
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access

 

Ospika Blvd & Dufferin Street Intersection 

  • The right turn lane & northbound slow lane on Ospika, will be closed, Thursday, October 30th from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm for a pole replacement and the removal & reinstall of the traffic cabinet. 
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access. 

     

Ospika Blvd between Davis Road and Tyner Boulevard

  • The southbound lanes will be closed, Wednesday, October 15th to Thursday, October 30th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for the installation of new sanitary and storm services. 
  • Emergency vehicles will NOT have access. 

     

Ospika Blvd, between Davis Road and Tyner Boulevard

  • The northbound lanes will be single lane, Wednesday, October 15th to Thursday, October 30th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for drilling under the roadway. 
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access. 

 

Tyner Blvd, between Ospika Blvd and Baker Rd

  • The eastbound, inside, centre lane, will be closed, Wednesday, October 15th to Thursday, October 30th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for service installations. 
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access. 

 

Ospika Blvd, between Range Road and Andres Road 

  • The southbound, outside lane, will be closed, Wednesday October 15th to Thursday, October 30th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for service work. 
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access. 

 

Vanier Drive, between Dufferin Avenue and Athlone Avenue 

  • Will be closed, Friday, October 31st from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm for a community fireworks display. 
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access. 

 

Upland St., between 17th Ave. and 20th Ave.

  • Will be closed Thursday, October 2nd until Friday, October 31st for construction
  • Emergency vehicles will NOT have access

 

1215 Lethbridge St.

  • Will be closed starting January 3rd until October 31st from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm to facilitate water, storm and sewer tie ins, backfill and paving of road.
  • Emergency vehicles will NOT have access

 

Quebec St., between 2nd Ave. and 3rd Ave.

  • Will be closed from April 26th until November 1st from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm for the farmer’s market
  • Emergency vehicles will NOT have access

 

3rd Ave between Quebec St. and Dominion St.

  • Will be closed on Saturdays only from April 26th until November 1st from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm for the farmer’s market
  • Emergency vehicles will NOT have access

 

Gauthier Road between Highway 16 West and Serle Road 

  • Will be single lane alternating, Tuesday, October 14th to Friday, November 14th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for the installation of four streetlights and the Canada Post mailbox pull out. 
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access. 

 

Foothills Blvd., between Cranbrook Hill Rd. and Ochakwin Cres.

  • Will have the southbound lane and bike lane closed intermittently August 1, 2025 until July 31, 2026 from 5:00 am to 5:30 pm for loading and unloading of construction materials
  • Emergency vehicles WILL have access

     

Lethbridge St. from the south end of Lethbridge St. to the north end of Lethbridge St.

  • Pedestrian traffic and parking are closed for the construction of the new parkade
  • Pedestrian re-routing will take place. 
  • Traffic is not affected

     

Quebec St. between 6th Ave. and 7th Ave.

  • 6th Avenue sidewalk between Quebec Street and Dominion Street remains incomplete and closed.
