The Downtown Partnership is an advisory body to the City of Prince George Council, created to provide recommendations regarding downtown revitalization. The Partnership is a multi-sectoral body, comprised of community leaders and downtown stakeholders. Partnership membership includes:

Implementation of the Downtown Partnership work plan is managed by the Downtown Initiatives Implementation Team, comprised of representatives of the City of Prince George and Initiatives Prince George.
The Partnership meets and reports to Council quarterly.
