How many free passes do I get?
Each person receives a bar coded card with forty complimentary passes for public swim and public skating admission. Please note that children age 2 and under will not receive this card, as their admission is free when accompanied by an adult.
How do I use my bar coded card?
Swipe the card to gain admission to the pools. The bar coded cards will have the person’s identification brought up on our computer system. A picture will be taken when the card is first used for security reasons.
For public skating you will be required to show the bar coded card to gain admission.
What can I do when my 40 free swim pass runs out?
Adults or children can buy a ten visit or a month pass at either of the pools, just show the green Leisure Access ID Card to receive the 75% discount.
Where can I use my pass?
Four Seasons Leisure Pool,
Prince George Aquatic Centre,
Association Programs or
Public Skating at the Coliseum or Elksentre Arenas.
Can my friends and family use my Leisure Access ID cards?
NO. Your cards will be confiscated if other people are using them. Remember, your picture will come up every time you swipe your card.
How long are the cards valid for?
The Leisure Access cards are valid for one year from the date they were issued.
If my Leisure Access ID cards are lost or stolen, can I get a replacement?
The 40 complimentary swim/skate pass will NOT be replaced if it is lost or stolen. The Leisure Access ID card will only be replaced once. Please call 250.561.7640 to report lost or stolen cards.
How do I get a discount on swimming lessons?
Every Leisure Access participant receives a $50 credit towards swimming lessons or participating Community Association Programs. The first 75% of the program registration fee is covered by the credit with the balance to be paid by the individual. Once the credit has been used up, the individual pays the full cost of the program registration fees.
