The Prince George Advisory Committee on Accessibility invites nominations for
the Access Award of Merit. The Access Award of Merit is presented annually to
individuals, groups or businesses that have made a significant contribution
towards a barrier free community, which is both universally accessible and
inclusive to all residents. This Award is the highest honour granted by the City
of Prince George in recognition of contributions to universal inclusiveness to
improve the quality of life for all residents in this northern community.

The nomination package is available in PDF by
clicking the link here, or can be picked up in hard copy at the City Manager's
Office, 5th Floor of City Hall. PDF versions of the nomination form (page 2 of
nomination package) can either be printed, scanned and emailed to email@example.com or
printed and submitted in hard copy to the 5th Floor of City Hall.
The submission deadline for 2016 nominations is Tuesday, February 10,
2016 at 5:00 pm.
