Our Service Centre is available to take your inquiries and registrations Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:45pm.

Online Program Registration

Online registration for aquatic activities is available by visiting our program registration page. 

Please note that if you are registering for the first time online, we invite you to set up an account by calling our Service Centre at 250.561.7600 or in person at City Hall or at either pools.

  Ad Submission Requirements

• Ad must be submitted in electronic form by email or by disk.
• Ad must be sized correctly at a 300 dpi resolution.
• Ad must be in black and white and can use one spot colour.  Cyan will be converted to the chosen spot colour. 
• Text must be converted to curves in all cases.
• Ads must be submitted in an accepted file format including:  Adobe Acrobat PDF, JPEG or TIFF, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop or EPS files (convert font to curves).

Deadline for Ads

• Ads for the 2013 Fall 2014 Winter Guide are due June 24th, 2013
• mid December for Spring Summer Guide
