Property Taxes
Property tax notices are mailed out in the last week of May. Property owners who have not received their tax notice by the second week of June should contact the City at (250) 561-7600.

Utilities Billing
Financial Services, prepares residential and commercial utility billings for City water, sewer and garbage patrons. Residential flat utilities are billed on a bi-annual basis. Commercial metered utilities are billed on a bi-monthly basis.
