Share ideas on how to make Prince George's neighbourhoods – and the city as a whole – even better places to live by participating in Talktober. The City hosts information sessions each October to help to Council re-connect with partners and residents.
These informal meetings let residents get in touch with their local government, learn more about current and up-coming initiatives like the Citizen Budget, and give feedback to Council and Administration about issues that matter to them.
Talktober Events and Citizen Budget
Citizen Budget 2018 is an online budget simulation tool and survey that lets residents help the City understand their priorities for funding various civic services.
The survey is fully customised according to home values. Enter a home's assessed amount to see how much goes towards services and adjust the values to view impacts.
Information collection will inform the City's upcoming budget deliberations and Council's strategic priorities.
