FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
At approximately 6:30pm, on August 6, 2023, Prince George Fire Crews responded to a report of a recreational vehicle fire in the 3700 block of the Hart Highway.
- Upon arrival, crews from three halls found a travel trailer fully engulfed in fire with flames spreading to the tree line behind.
- A quick-fire attack by crews extinguished the fire and stopped the fire spreading to nearby exposures.
- One occupant of the trailer was treated for burns as a result of the fire.
- The fire was deemed accidental.
