What is the the Kids in PG Parks Passport Program?

This is a fun passport program created with kids in mind! Children aged 2-12 can pick up a copy of the Kids in PG Parks Passport at City Hall or download one online. Kids can take their passport with them when visiting the featured parks and trails, fill in the information and then submit the completed passport to Park and Recreation Services (parksandrec@princegeorge.ca) or in person at City Hall. Kids will be eligible for prizes at the end program.

We want you to get outside and explore all that Prince George has to offer! Prince George is home to many beautiful parks, trails and playgrounds. The Kids in PG Parks Passport Program may be for children, but City parks and trails are for everyone, so make outdoor play a family activity!

What do I have to do?

Visit all of the parks listed in the passport, plus an extra park of your choosing and fill out the questions about each out. Once you have completed your passport, submit it to Parks and Recreation Services for your chance to win a prize! The program runs from May 4th to July 31st.

Courtesy of the City of Prince George Aquatics division, the first 50 kids to submit their completed passports will receive 1 for 1 admission passes to the Prince George Aquatic Centre or Canfor Leisure Pool.

Further prize details to be announced.
