The City is accepting applications for community members to serve on the Prince George Public Library Board. There are 3 positions available for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2018. Interested individuals are invited to apply before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 27, 2017.
The operations of a municipal library are required to be managed by a library board. Under the authority of the Library Act, the members of the library board are appointed by City Council to manage the provision of library services in the community.
The Board consists of nine members including one member of City Council.
