City Council welcomes input from members of the public on the proposed 2023 - 2027 Financial and Capital Expenditure Plans (Budget).

City Council will receive comments from the public in writing, in person at the meeting or via telephone. To participate, members of the public must either be present in the Council Chambers or connected to the telephone line by 3:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. (details provided in the attached Notice)

Written comments received by the corporate officer before 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2023, will be provided to Council for their consideration.

By submitting written comments or speaking during the public input session, you are consenting to the disclosure of any personal information that you provide and understand that all written or spoken comments will be published on the City’s website as part of the official public record of the council meeting and broadcasted online for viewing by the public.

A copy of the proposed 2023 – 2027 Financial and Capital Expenditure Plans will be available on the City’s website beginning Wednesday, January 25, 2023. These documents are also available for review at the Legislative Services Division (5th Floor City Hall) on January 25, 26, 27, 30, 31 and February 1, 2023 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
