Fire rescue media release: Izowsky Place

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Prince George, B.C. – On May 12 at approximately 2:30 a.m., Prince George Fire Rescue crews responded to a residential fire in the 2500 block of Izowsky Place.

First arriving crews found a fire in the basement, which was quickly extinguished. Damage is estimated at $250,000 and the cause is under investigation. 

A single resident is receiving assistance from emergency support services as a result of the fire. No injuries were reported.
