FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Prince George, B.C. – At approximately 7 p.m. on April 16, Prince George Fire Rescue crews from three halls responded to the 1600 block of Pine Street. 

Upon arrival, crews found a fire that had spread to the residence and two vehicles from nearby cedar trees. Fire crews quickly extinguished the fire and stopped any further damage to the residence. 

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was deemed suspicious, and the investigation has been passed to the Prince George RCMP. Damage is estimated at $70,000.
