Please be advised that the Public Hearing regarding the proposed Official Community Plan Bylaw Amendment Application No. CP100212 (Bylaw No. 9513, 2024) and Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application No. RZ100798 (Bylaw No. 9514, 2024), scheduled for Monday, December 16, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers of City Hall, has been CANCELLED.
Local governments are required to mail or otherwise deliver notice of a public hearing regarding land use bylaws at least 10 days before the hearing. Due to the Canada Post strike, the City has used alternative methods of delivery. However, we have been unable to confirm the delivery of the notices. As a result, to ensure procedural fairness, we have cancelled the public hearing scheduled for December 16, 2024."
A new notice will be issued if the application is rescheduled for a public hearing at a future date.
