Notice of Property Disposition
Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince George intends to sell to Northernview Custom Homes Ltd. that portion of road adjacent to 2121 Spruce Street and dedicated on that portion of road dedicated on Block 1, Plan 5566, District Lot 777, Cariboo District for a sale price of $6,350.00 plus GST. The location of the property to be sold is identified within this Notice of Property Disposition.
