Notice of Property Disposition
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 24, 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince George intends to lease land and improvements of an approximate 1.5 acre area of Lot 45, District Lot 2013, Cariboo District, Plan 23009 (civic address 8008 Malaspina Avenue) to College Heights Community Association operating as Kool Cats Child Care for a term of 15 years. The City shall receive annual lease payments of $1,000/year for the property identified within this Notice of Property Disposition.
