Notice of Property Disposition
Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince George intends to sell to John McBain and Jennifer McBain that portion of road dedicated on Plan 23117, District Lot 2013, Cariboo District and a portion of 7818 Latrobe Crescent, which is legally describes as Lot A, District Lot 2013, Cariboo District, Plan 23634 for a sale price of $6416.35 plus GST. The location of the property to be sold is identified within this Notice of Property Disposition.
