TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of Section 26, and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince George (the “City”) proposes to dispose of an interest in a portion of the following City land to Jim Hamm and Lori-Anne Hamm (“the Purchasers”) to rectify an existing encroachment on the City land:

Lot 2 of District Lot 343 Cariboo District Plan 18815 REM
(the “Lands”), located in Prince George, BC, as shown outlined in blue on this notice.
The proposed disposition is for the sale of a portion of the Lands between the City and the Purchasers. The consideration to be received by the City of Prince George is a sale price in the amount of $15,800.00 plus GST.
