TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of Section 24, 26, and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince George (the “City”) proposes to dispose of an interest in the following land to the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George ("RDFFG"):

Block E, District Lot 343, Cariboo District, Plan 8816
(the “Lands”),
having a civic address of 101 George Street, Prince George, BC, as shown outlined in yellow on the map on this notice.
The proposed disposition is for the sale (the “sale”) of the Lands from the City to RDFFG. The sale will be completed on or before December 31, 2025, and is subject to a rezoning, which was approved by Municipal Council on July 28, 2025, to permit the use of the property as a parking lot. The consideration to be received by the City of Prince George is the purchase price in the amount of $1.00.
TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Section 24 and 94 of the Community Charter, the City’s intention is to provide a form of assistance to the RDFFG as the value of the property is an amount that is less than fair market value.
