TAKE NOTICE that Pursuant to Section 24, 26(3) and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince George (the “City”) proposes to dispose of an interest in the following land to Abra-Kid-Abra Daycare Society:

Parcel 1 District Lot 4047 Cariboo District Plan BCP17734
(the "Lands"), having a civic address of 6742 Dagg Road, Prince George, BC, as shown outlined in yellow line on the map on this notice.
The proposed disposition us for the lease (the "Lease") of the Lands and building located on the Lands between City and Abra-Kid-Abra Daycare Society. The lease will commence on January 1, 2024, and will expire on December 31, 2028, with an option to extend where mutually agreeable for a one renewal term of five (5) years. The consideration to be received by the City of Prince George is rent in the amount of $1000.00 per year.
