Pursuant to section 9(1) of “City of Prince George Council Procedures Bylaw No. 8388, 2011”, a special closed meeting of Council is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at
3:30 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1100 Patricia Boulevard, Prince George, BC.
The special meeting is closed to the public to permit discussion of items relating to:
- personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality; pursuant to subsection 90(1)(a) of the Community Charter;
- labour relations or other employee relations; pursuant to subsection 90(1)(c) of the Community Charter; and
- the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, pursuant to subsection 901()(i) of the Community Charter; and
- the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; pursuant to subsection 90(1)(i) of the Community Charter.
