- Will experience minor traffic disruption, Thursday, October 6th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for storm main relining.
Emergency vehicles WILL have access.
Penn Road between Rock Island Road and Willowcale Road
- Will be closed, 24 hours, from Monday, October 27th to Friday, November 6th for BC Hydro & Canada Post upgrades that require trenching.
- Detours will be in place. Local public access only via detours.

- Will be closed starting January 3rd until November 9th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm to facilitate water, storm and sewer tie ins, backfill and paving of road.

- Pedestrian traffic and parking are closed for the construction of the new parkade until Sunday, November 9th

- Will be single lane alternating, Tuesday, October 14th to Friday, November 14th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for the installation of four streetlights and the Canada Post mailbox pull out.

- Will be closed eastbound in the curb lane Monday, October 27th until Monday, November 24th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for replacement of sidewalk
