Volunteer Opportunity - Select Committee on Citizen Recognition Program

About this Opportunity:
The Select Committee on Citizen Recognition Program will meet monthly and is responsible for developing the framework and plan for an annual City of Prince George citizen recognition program. This program will honor individuals who have made significant contributions to the Prince George community.
Individuals interested in serving on the Committee must:
- be residents or electors of the City of Prince George;
- be available to attend regularly scheduled monthly meetings during regular business hours (Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.); and
- be willing to actively participate in the work necessary to support the committee’s mandate (e.g., research).
The Committee is expected to conclude by September 30, 2025, following submission of its final report to Council.
