A Liquor Licence issued by the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) is required to authorize licensees to sell or produce liquor such as wine, cider, beer (including brew pubs), or spirits in BC. To facilitate the LCRB's licensing process, applicant's are required to receive concurrence from the City of Prince George. Applicant's must submit a Liquor Licence Application to the LCRB and City concurrently for consideration. If the proposed location is not currently zoned for liquor retail or liquor primary establishment, a zoning bylaw amendment application or temporary use permit application will also be required.
