Mayor and Council

Share your thoughts with City Council regarding a planning or land use application scheduled for their consideration at an upcoming council meeting.

Written comments may be submitted to the corporate officer for Council's consideration by:

  • submitting this form;
  • by email to cityclerk@princegeorge.ca;
  • by fax to 250.561.0183; or
  • by mail or in-person delivery to the corporate officer, 5th Floor, City Hall (1100 Patricia Blvd).

Written comments received by 5:00 pm on the Tuesday immediately preceding the council meeting date will be included on the published council meeting agenda. Written comments received after this time but before 12:00 pm on the day of the council meeting will be circulated to Council as a handout at the council meeting and published on the amended council meeting agenda the following day. 

In accordance with the "City of Prince George Council Procedures Bylaw No. 8388, 2011", all written comments must include the writer's full name and mailing address. With exception of personal information protected by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, or comments deemed libelous or offensive, submitted written comments are published in their entirety. The submitter's name and address will be published, however, their phone number and email address will not be disclosed.

Written comments submitted through this form may only address the applications noted in the drop-down list as those are the applications scheduled for Council's consideration.  Comments submitted addressing items not included within this list will not be provided to Council and will be deleted in their entirety.

In addition to written comments, supporting documents to your comments (i.e.: photos, petitions, etc.) may be added as an attachment in the form below.
