Zoning bylaws regulate how land, buildings and other structures may be used. To amend or change zoning on a particular parcel, requires a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application be submitted for consideration. Zoning bylaws must be consistent with the City's Official Community Plan (OCP). Where a proposed zoning bylaw amendment is not consistent with the OCP, an OCP Amendment will also be required.
