Heritage Register Nomination Form

The Prince George Heritage Commission’s purpose is to protect, conserve and interpret the heritage resources within the City by supporting, encouraging, and facilitating their proper conservation, maintenance and restoration. The City of Prince George maintains a Heritage Register, an official listing of properties and resources with recognized heritage value.

Do you know of a building, site, cultural landscape, view or other heritage resource that you believe should be included on the City’s Heritage Register? If so, please complete and submit this form including the attachment of supporting information.

All nominations will be reviewed by the Heritage Commission. Nominations which meet the heritage resource evaluation criteria will be recommended to City Council for inclusion on the Heritage Register.
