EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AND NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROPERTY DISPOSITION

TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince George gives notice of its proposed disposition by sale of the City-owned land at 2820 and 2880 15^th Avenue, Prince George, BC (“the Land”).

The Land proposed for disposition is identified in purple on the map included on this notice.

The Land is available to the public for acquisition through the City’s Request for Expression of Interest – I26 – 077 – Sale of City-Owned Land: 2820 and 2880 15th Avenue. Interested parties may obtain the Request for Expression of Interest and information about the submission process through:

Expressions of Interest must be submitted in accordance with the requirements specified in the Request for Expression of Interest.
