TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of Section 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince George (the “City”) proposes to dispose of an interest in the following land to Legacy Vista Properties Inc (“LVP”), and upon closing the registered owner will be the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) British Columbia:
- A 0.290 ha portion of road dedication adjacent to:
PID: 012-102-385
Lot 1 District Lot 936 and 1430 Cariboo District Plan 15037
(the “Lands”)
having a civic address of 2000 Central Street, Prince George, BC, V2M 3C5, as shown outlined in black on the map attached to the Notice.
The proposed disposition is for the sale (the “sale”) of the Lands from the City to LVP. The sale will be completed on or before the first business day that is 10 business days after all conditions have been fulfilled or waived, which includes the rezoning of 2000 Central Street and consolidation of the Lands with 2000 Central Street. The consideration to be received by the City of Prince George is a 0.216ha portion of the southern tip of 2000 Central Street to be converted to road dedication, as shown crosshatched in black on the map below.
