Prince George, B.C. – The City of Prince George invites the community to a free screening of Toy Story 5 this Friday, September 11. Movie in the Park takes place at 7:30 p.m. or at dusk at Heather Park fields (across from the old Hart Community Centre).
Residents are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or a blanket to enjoy the flick as it is projected onto a giant inflatable movie screen. Confirmed food vendors Sweet Sips & Dreams Co. will satisfy both salty and sweet cravings with soda and popcorn. Toilets and security will be on site to provide a safe and comfortable environment. Movie in the Park is made possible thanks to a partnership with Fresh Air Cinema.
The movie follows a free community barbecue in partnership with the Hart Community Association and Save on Foods from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Engage Sport North will also be in attendance offering games for kids during the picnic.
