NOTICE is hereby given that City Council’s consideration of proposed Development Permit with Variance Application No. DP100807, scheduled for Monday, April 24, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers of City Hall, has been CANCELLED.

Development Permit with Variance Application No. DP100807, proposes to vary Table 7.4 - “Parking Requirements” of the “City of Prince George Zoning Bylaw No. 7850, 2007” by decreasing the required parking for 2 bedroom dwellings in apartment housing from 1.5 to 0.9 spaces; and to vary the RM6: Mid-rise Residential Section 10.14.5 5. - “Regulations for Principal Development” by decreasing the minimum interior side yard setback from 3.0 metres to 1.1 metres on the subject property to facilitate the construction of a 6-storey, 127-unit apartment.
