UPDATED 07/11 - As part of these works, it has been confirmed that properties in University Heights and Parkview subdivisions will have a temporary water outage on Wednesday, July 12 between 8am and 12pm.

Prince George, B.C. - The City of Prince George will be closing a section of Tyner Boulevard for three days next month (July 11, 12 and 13) for utility work to be carried out.

The section of road between University Heights and UNBC's Ceremonial Road will be closed while a watermain extension and three new storm connections are installed. The three days will be used to complete the work, reinstate the road and then pave.

To access UNBC during this time, drivers are asked to use University Way from Foothills Boulevard.

Transit service will be impacted by this road closure, as the route 16 bus will be unable to access UNBC during this time. For more information on service impacts and trip planning please visit bctransit.com/prince-george.
