TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of Section 26, and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince George (the “City”) proposes to dispose of an interest in the following land to F&N Developers (1974) Ltd and Roses Ice Cream Limited (“F&N and ROSES”):

Lot 22, District Lot 936, Cariboo Distric,t Plan 15557, Except Plans 21027, 27829 and EPP21547
(the “Lands”), having a civic address of 1040 Ahbau Street,, Prince George, BC, as shown outlined in yellow on this notice.
The proposed disposition is for the sale (the “sale”) of the Lands from the City to F&N and ROSES. The sale will be completed on or before December 31, 2025, and is subject to the subdivision and consolidation of that portion of the property with the buyers’ land creating a split zoned lot. The consideration to be received by the City of Prince George is the purchase price in the amount of $50,000.00.
