Prince George, B.C. – At approximately 6 p.m. on January 7, Prince George Fire Rescue crews from three halls responded to a commercial structure fire in the 2300 block of Northwood Pulpmill Road.
First arriving crews found a multi-unit residential occupancy with light smoke coming from a unit on the second floor of the complex. Crews quickly extinguished the fire and ensured it did not extend beyond the unit of origin. Damage is estimated at $50,000.
No injuries were reported. The cause of this fire has not yet been determined and remains under investigation.
