FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Prince George, B.C. – The City of Prince George is launching a new online portal for land use applications. The new tool is available starting April 7.
The portal replaces application forms on the City website, making it easier for residents to submit land use applications, upload relevant forms and documents, pay related fees, and view the status of their applications online. Modernizing this system improves the application process and reduces the likelihood of incomplete applications, leading to faster approval timelines and service delivery.
The portal is available for development permits, development variance permits, temporary use permits, restrictive covenants, liquor licensing, cannabis licensing, tree cutting permits, rezoning and OCP amendments, subdivisions, and agricultural land reserve applications.
To register for an account, residents will be asked to provide contact information including an email address, address, and postal code. More information is available on the City website.
