By submitting this application you agree to the following terms and conditions:If a fire hydrant is being used for anything other than filling a water truck and is NOT on the designated hydrant list, Utilities must be notified BEFORE hydrant can be used and could take up to 7 business days.A Backflow Prevention Device shall always be used when an air gap isn’t present. Only equipment that has been inspected and approved by City of Prince George personnel prior to the permit being issued, will be allowed access to hydrants.Report each use to the City of Prince George Service Centre at 250-561-7600, prior to connection.Any hydrant that is found to be not in proper working order will be reported immediately to the Service Centre at 250-561-7600 to create a service request.An annual fee of $100.00 will accompany the application (CHEQUE ONLY).The Permit Holder agrees to pay to the City of Prince George a fee of $400 for weekly usage or $1000 for calendar month usage.
