Exhibition Park
The parade will start at approximately 10:00 AM from the Guru Nanak Darbar Sikh Gurudwara located at 4298 Davis Road, Prince George. It will continue along Davis Road and north bound on Ospika Blvd arriving at the CN Centre parking lot at around 12:00 PM (noon). Only one north bound lane of Ospika will be occupied by the parade while the second north bound lane will be kept open for the north bound traffic. At approximately 2:00 PM, the parade will start traveling south bound on Ospika Blvd., arriving at the Temple at approximately 4:00 PM. Again, only one south bound lane of Ospika will be occupied by the parade while the second south bound lane will be kept open for the south bound traffic. The CN Centre parking lot by Ospika Blvd has been reserved for this function. There will be free South Asian food, snacks, soft drinks, and speeches by the dignitaries. We are expecting about 2500 participants to march in this parade. We are requesting your patience during this event as the traffic may slightly be affected by the procession. Please choose an alternate route or in emergencies advise the flag person so the parade can be stopped to accommodate your needs.
